Would it be safer to have two AntiVirus on one Computer System?

I have AVG Free Edition installed on my computer system, and I had just bought NOD32. So do you think this can make my computer Virus Free?

Since you've already paid for NOD32 you should remove AVG. NOD32 is one of the best antiviruses on the market. Anyone who says otherwise doesn't know what they are talking about.

AVG's only appeal is that it is free and low on system resources. It does not have a high detection rate.

You should never use more than one antivirus and one firewall. Mutliples will always conflict. The only software that you should have two or three of is anti-spyware.

NO!!!! You only need one AV program as two will cause a conflict with each other. If you have bought NOD32, then uninstall AVG. NOD32 is one of the best AV's on the market.....you lucky person!!
Do NOT put 2 antivirus's on any computer. It will really mess it up . Get rid of AVG...it is junk . NOD32 is way better.

No. Most of the time two anti-virus programs will have conflicts between one another causing both not to work.
It's safer to use more than one firewall under circomstances.
